Anton is Counsel to the firm and practices in the area of commercial litigation with a concentration in bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Mr. Anton represents lenders, trade creditors, landlords and franchisors in a variety of litigation, workout and bankruptcy scenarios. He also has served as counsel to bankruptcy trustees and creditors' committees. Bankruptcy services include defense or prosecution of preference, fraudulent transfer and other avoidance actions; litigation regarding the automatic stay; dischargeability litigation; negotiation of cash collateral orders, financing agreements, asset sales and reorganization plans; claims disputes; issues involving leases and executory contracts; involuntary petitions; ancillary and cross-border proceedings and bankruptcy appeals.
