James B. Daniels is a member of the firm's commercial litigation department. He handles complex commercial litigation, products liability, computer law and white collar criminal defense matters in State and Federal courts. He represents major corporations in toxic tort and products liability matters, breach of contracts, minority shareholder rights suits and labor disputes.



He represents major hospitals, insurance companies and financial institutions in sophisticated technology disputes; represents major financial institutions and investment companies in a wide array of commercial and creditors' rights matters.

He also represents individual and corporate clients charged with a variety of white-collar criminal offenses including Medicaid and insurance fraud, commercial bribery and antitrust violations.
