Jeffrey S.
Leonard is a shareholder in the litigation group that handles complex
insurance and reinsurance disputes. He has broad experience litigating
direct insurance and reinsurance claims involving pollution, asbestos,
and other toxic torts. He is also experienced in insurer liquidation
proceedings and in the investigation and litigation of fidelity
insurance claims.
