Peter Frazza is a shareholder of the firm and a chairperson of the computer law group. Mr. Frazza specializes in (a) representing companies around the country in connection with the negotiation and preparation of software license, hardware, software development and maintenance agreements; and (b) representing companies around the country in lawsuits involving software, copyright, intellectual property and license agreement issues.

Mr. Frazza also represents companies that have received letters from the Business Software Alliance. BSA urges employees to privately report piracy through its web site and toll free telephone numbers. Once reported, BSA either threatens to file a lawsuit or requests that the company do a self-audit of software licenses. The fines that BSA will seek to recover can be in the hundred’s of thousands of dollars. Mr. Frazza assists numerous companies in responding to licensors’ requests (either directly or through BSA) to perform a software audit or self-audit.

Mr. Frazza's practice also includes employment litigation, franchise practices, trademark disputes, copyright disputes, business torts, unfair competition, wetlands litigation, accounting malpractice, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and debtor-creditor litigation including lender liability claims.
