Henry A. Larner is the senior member of the real estate, transactional and finance group that represents clients in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, syndication and sale of residential, industrial and commercial properties. He is licensed in New Jersey and New York, with broad experience in all aspects of commercial and real estate matters. In addition, he provides advice and representation during every stage of a transaction involving corporate, environmental, zoning and finance issues.
