Jeffrey S. Leonard Shareholder
Jeffrey S. Leonard is a shareholder in the litigation group that handles complex insurance and reinsurance disputes. He has broad experience in the litigation and arbitration of direct insurance and reinsurance claims involving long tail and other losses. He is also experienced in insurer liquidation proceedings and ancillary cross-border cases under Section 304 (now Chapter 15) of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
