Michael Rosenbaum is the chairperson of the commercial litigation department. He handles complex commercial litigation, and other members of his department handle a full array of commercial litigation. Mr. Rosenbaum has handled RICO litigations in various courts around the country and handles other complex fraud and 10(b)5 litigation, securities litigation and contract litigation. Mr. Rosenbaum has handled such litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country.
