From North Jersey
Turnpike South to Exit 4. Follow Route 73 South to Route 70 West. Follow Route 70 West approximately one to two miles until you see a large jug-handle exit sign for Springdale Road (the sign and turn-around are actually right past Springdale Road). Take the exit which will allow you to cross Route 70. Make a left onto Route 70 (you are now going East). The office is about one-quarter mile on the right.
From Philadelphia
Take the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, staying to the left as you exit the bridge, which will put you on Admiral Wilson Boulevard. Stay on Admiral Wilson Boulevard until you see exit signs for Route 38 and Route 70 - the exit is to the left. Once off the exit the street will divide into two highways. Stay to the right which is Route 70 East. You will stay on Route 70 East approximately ten to fifteen minutes. You are getting close once you see the entrance to Route 295. Next watch for signs for Springdale Road. Go through the intersection of Route 70 and Springdale Road. The office is about one-quarter mile on the right.
