Budd Larner Sponsors Charter School Ribbon Cutting

Budd Larner, P.C. served as the sponsor of a May 16, 2011 ribbon cutting officially opening the new campus of the Central Jersey Arts Charter School in Plainfield, New Jersey. The firm serves as counsel to the real estate holding company Friends of Central Jersey Arts Charter School, Inc. that owns the campus, and our attorneys assisted by obtaining land use approvals, litigating matters with the City and certain consultants, then serving as counsel to the closing of bond financing with both the Economic Development Authority and New Jersey Redevelopment Authority. Our team was led by Shareholders Josh M. Mann and Frank Biancola, with assistance from Counsel Jonathan Grey and Associate Philip Adelman.
