Budd Larner Shareholder to Speak at New Jersey League of Municipalities Convention

Budd Larner Shareholder Josh Mann will be a part of a panel sponsored by the New Jersey Planning Officials on Wednesday, November 16th in Atlantic City. The panel will discuss “Facing Opposition During Board Meetings” from 2:00 to 4:00 pm in the Atlantic City Convention Center. The panel, among other topics, will discuss strategies for opposing objectors to land use applications as well as what parameters land use boards may use to control objecting testimony while not infringing on their rights.
Josh Mann is a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Creditor’s Rights departments, and represents developers, banks, national retailers and charter schools before planning and zoning boards throughout New Jersey.
